About Courtney

Courtney Pong (she/her) is a nationally recognized speaker, entrepreneur, and leader in applied improvisation with 24+ years of professional experience.

Known for her dynamic presence and ability to inspire, she has designed and led custom team-building workshops and interactive entertainment for top organizations including Ocean Spray, the Boston Red Sox, GE Aviation, Deloitte, Harvard University, and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

An award-winning leader, Courtney was named to Boston Business Journal's “40 Under 40” and has been featured in Boston Magazine and Inc. as a prominent AAPI voice in live entertainment and entrepreneurship.

Leadership & Advocacy

A passionate advocate for BIPOC, women of color, and women in leadership and entrepreneurship, Courtney actively supports local and national initiatives. She volunteers with Boston GLOW (Girls’ Leadership Organized Women) and ASPIRE (Asian Sisters Participating in Reaching Excellence), and serves on the Board of Directors for Roslindale Village Main Street, where she drives inclusive community and economic development.

Professional Background

With a 15-year foundation in public relations and marketing, Courtney approaches every engagement—whether on stage, in the boardroom, or behind the scenes—with strategic insight and creative impact. She is the Owner and General Manager of CSz Boston and the founder of The Rozzie Square Theater, Boston’s only woman-owned and AAPI-owned comedy venue, where she champions inclusive, high-impact programming for audiences and organizations alike.
